Ebay considers requiring customers in Australia to use paypal for all transactions. You know, because getting a cut of every auction they broker isn't enough, they need a cut from every paypal transaction as well.
Seriously Ebay, cut people some slack. If you're going to force paypal down their throats, at least reduce the cost. This is like cutting a cake with a sledge hammer then claiming that any crumbs that result are yours to take.

"So what is it about a guy, or gal, on their bike that causes so much aggravation to people who drive cars? Is it jealousy? 75% of Americans are overweight. I'm not. The people I know who ride bikes are certainly not. Odds say that 75% of the people aggravating me on my bike are overweight."
Statements like this run counter to an open and positive discussion about the use of human powered vehicles on our roads. The reason people in car get aggravated at people on bikes (and motorcycles, and Semis, and etc) is that people expect others to be just like themselves. When those expectations aren't met they get angry and feel the need to prove that they are "better". Next time you're on the road watch some expensive sports car pass a huge expensive SUV. The sports car driver expects the SUV to be faster. The SUV isn't so he gets angry and passes him. The SUV doesn't expect to get passed that fast. He gets angry and maybe does something dumb. Both thought their mode of transportation was superior when they bought it, so they place ego before safety.

Actually, I've seen this before. It takes longer than you would expect for people to see an accident, realize that they should do something, formulate a plan and then act on it.
At 60 mph, you do a quarter mile in about 15s. For some people 15s is too short.

From the page: "75 mph rear impact crash capability"
I call BS on a car that can survive a 75 mph rear impact. You'd need a car built like a tank to survive that. Tanks aren't known for their high speed or impressive cornering capabilities.
Oh, BTW it needs more post 9-11 jargon. Remember, every petty crook, drug dealer, and speeder is a terrorist just waiting to do evil, un-American things.
Oogy boogy! 9-11!

What is the MacBook Air and why you shouldn't buy it - Kongtechnology.com

If you're going to use the metric system please be consistent. By switching to kilograms for weight and back to inches for dimensions he gives the impression that Apples other machines are only slightly larger than the MacBook Air.
The Macbook is about 1 lb heavier and the Macbook pro is about 2 lbs heavier depending on the model. This may not seem like a lot until you try to carry it on your shoulder for an hour. Seriously, buy a 5lb bag of rice and put it into a shoulder bag and carry it around for a few hours, then remove 2lbs and carry it around again. For some people (like business people) weight is more important than computing power. Thats why some people prefer machines like the Eee PC over higher power machines.

Not the best security program for the MacBook. Since iAlertU is just an application anyone can just turn the machine off by pressing the power button for 5 sec. After that, removing the SATA Hard drive from a Mac Book is trivial. (Remove the battery and unscrew three screws) Toss in a new drive, install OS X and there you go.
Always keep one hand on your laptop when you go out with it. Need to pee? Sleep it, put it in its bag and walk with it.

Wait, are you seriously going to use an assault rifle inside a house? Its like using a Ford Excursion to cross the street. I have no problem with people protecting themselves, but come on. If you live in a place so bad that you need a AK-47 to feel safe something is deeply wrong.

Comparing used car prices to new car prices without stating the area in which you're buying is a bit deceptive. Prices vary wildly in the used car market depending on demand for a certain model and how much punishment the car took from its previous owner. Not to mention that if you wait until the end of the model year you can save huge amounts of money on a new car by buying the previous model year.

There is so much that is wrong here that its mind boggling. They confuse Water (H2O) with Hydrogen Peroxide (H2O2). Then they toss in the words ferromagnetism and paramagnetism even though water is neither. (Its diamagnetic showing a weak repulsion in a magnetic field, I believe)
Even better their work is under GPL! Well once they've finished their "review" of course. Please let this review include a basic course in chemistry. Or at the very least a discussion on the difference between hydrogen peroxide (oxidizer used as a bleaching agent and rocket fuel in high concentrations) and water (used for making a delicious cup of tea).

Think about the level of privacy you want from a social network before you join not after. Complaining about privacy after you join Twitter and chat up your personal life is like getting angry at fire after it burns you.
