There is so much that is wrong here that its mind boggling. They confuse Water (H2O) with Hydrogen Peroxide (H2O2). Then they toss in the words ferromagnetism and paramagnetism even though water is neither. (Its diamagnetic showing a weak repulsion in a magnetic field, I believe)
Even better their work is under GPL! Well once they've finished their "review" of course. Please let this review include a basic course in chemistry. Or at the very least a discussion on the difference between hydrogen peroxide (oxidizer used as a bleaching agent and rocket fuel in high concentrations) and water (used for making a delicious cup of tea).
