Not the best security program for the MacBook. Since iAlertU is just an application anyone can just turn the machine off by pressing the power button for 5 sec. After that, removing the SATA Hard drive from a Mac Book is trivial. (Remove the battery and unscrew three screws) Toss in a new drive, install OS X and there you go.
Always keep one hand on your laptop when you go out with it. Need to pee? Sleep it, put it in its bag and walk with it.
